Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Pulseon Academy at pulseon.academy. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
The service
Pulseon Academy is a self-paced online course. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course material while your subscription is active.
Subscriptions and billing
- Pricing: $29/month or $249/year, billed in advance via Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next billing cycle.
- Prices may change; we'll notify you at least 30 days before a change to your active subscription.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy. Short version: 7-day no-questions refund on a new subscription.
Acceptable use
- One person per account. Don't share login credentials.
- Don't republish, resell, or redistribute course content.
- Don't scrape, mirror, or attempt to bypass paywalls or rate limits.
- Don't harass other users or staff.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Content
Course material is owned by Pulseon. You retain ownership of anything you write inside your own work (notes, projects, code you produce while following along).
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee that completing the course leads to any particular job, salary, or career outcome. We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee zero downtime.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; if we do, we'll note the new effective date at the top. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers.
