Privacy Policy

Pulseon Academy is operated by Pulseon (“we”, “us”). This page explains what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account data: email address and (if you sign in via Google or GitHub) the public profile fields those providers share with us. Stored in Supabase Auth.
• Course data: which lessons you open and complete, quiz attempts and scores, bookmarks, streaks. Stored in our Supabase Postgres database under your user ID.
• Billing data: we use Stripe Checkout to handle payments. Card details never reach our servers. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status so we can grant access.
• Analytics: if you accept cookies, we load Google Analytics 4 to see which pages help and which don't. Decline and we load nothing. Vercel Analytics provides aggregate, cookie-free traffic counts that do not identify you.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't serve ads.
• We don't share your data with third parties beyond the processors listed above (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Google Analytics if you accept).

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account, by emailing contact@pulseon.academy. Account deletion removes your profile, progress, and subscription record; Stripe retains transaction records for tax and chargeback purposes.

Data retention

Account and progress data: kept while your account exists. Logs and analytics: kept up to 14 months, then aggregated or deleted. Billing records: retained per Stripe's and our tax obligations.

Cookies

We use a single localStorage flag (pulseon-consent) to remember your analytics choice. Supabase Auth sets session cookies required for login. Stripe sets cookies on its checkout pages, governed by Stripe's own policy.
