Refund Policy
We want you to feel good about subscribing. If the course isn't for you, here's how to get your money back.
7-day refund on a new subscription
Email contact@pulseon.academy within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full. No questions, no forms. We typically process the refund the same business day; Stripe and your bank may take 5-10 days to settle the funds back to your card.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are also covered by the 7-day rule from the date of first charge. After the 7-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel auto-renewal anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period.
Renewals
We don't auto-refund renewals. If you forgot to cancel and want a refund on a renewal charge, email us within 14 days; we handle these case by case and almost always say yes.
Chargebacks
Please email us before opening a chargeback. We'd rather refund you directly than spend a week disputing it with the bank.
